Websites designed for the B&B Network and its members by Insight Web Marketing Ltd (IWML) contain elements of creativity and programming skills that are subject to copyright. Any person plagiarising or using any of these elements in anyway without the written permission is in breach of IWML’s copyright.

Copyright may be transferred to clients upon request but this may incur a charge to cover the use of certain creative, skilful or intellectual elements - this includes programming techniques and code that would be considered to be unique to the skills and staff of IWML. The table below, provides an outline for those that may need clarification of the company’s copyright position.

  • All Photographs commissioned by IWML and the original photographer has transferred copyright
  • Optimised binary files created from original photographs with the owners permission

Content

  • Original prose created by IWML Staff
  • Any prose written by IWML but based upon text or bullet points provided by the client
IWML Has No Ownership or Copyright

Code & Programming

  • Code or scripting provided by 3rd parties
  • Any database content provided by clients
  • HTML code used in previous websites designed by a 3rd party

Images or Graphics

  • Logos or drawings created by 3rd parties
  • Binary files provided by the client

Photographs

  • Any Photographs commissioned by client and the original photographer has transferred copyright
  • Any Photographs taken by the client
  • Binary files created from original photographs and taken by the client or a 3rd party
  • Binary files used in previous web sites or taken by a 3rd party
