The property is set in it's own spacious grounds in a quiet rural setting 1.5 kms from Avoca village (Ballykissangel). This well appointed house has en suite bedrooms with electric blankets, TV and tea/coffee making facilities and an extensive breakfast menu. There is a grass tennis court for guests use and spacious off road car parking. The house is set in an ideal touring centre in an area noted for golfing and walking and is 9 kms from the nearest beach. Credit cards are accepted.

From Dublin Airport: After exiting the airport proceed Southwards and take the M50 Motorway Southbound to link up with the M11/N11. Proceed for about 50 kms and take the right turn at Lil Doyle's pub onto the R754 to Redcross and Avoca village. Ashdene is on the left side of the road 2 kms before arriving in Avoca village on the R754.
From Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Ports: Link up with the M11/N11 Southbound and proceed as given in the directions from the Airport.
From Rosslare Port: Take the N11 Northbound to Arklow. Proceed from Arklow via Woodenbridge and Avoca as signposted. Ashdene is 2 kms after turning left in Avoca village past the Avoca Handweavers on the R754.
